Benjamin brings over a decade of professional experience with a broad range of real estate transactions. His expertise ranges from BPO's to commercial and residential real estate. Having sold tens of millions of dollars in real estate representing both Buyers and Sellers, he has the experience to protect your assets and ensure successful transactions. Benjamin brings tremendous strength to complex situations and negotiations, helping our clients receive the best possible deal.

Mihai D Toma, Chief Executive Officer & Realtor

After graduating with a degree in Marketing, Mihai founded the custom home construction company De Novo were he refined his negotiation skills through countless negotiations on each project. Mihai works to reduce time on market, reduce repair costs, and increase the sales price of the home with unique marketing strategies and materials. His other responsibilities range from management to training and working to provide each client with the resources of a whole company, not just their individual agent.

Mike Garland, Chief Operating Officer & Realtor

Mike Garland brings Fortune 500 business process and acumen to the Toma Partners team. With deep roots in the Phoenix business and technology communication, he has directed the marketing efforts of several successful technology companies and franchises in the Valley. Mike has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA in Marketing from the Thunderbird School of International Business.

George Botea III, Chief Financial Officer

With Masters of Accounting Degree, as well as his experience as CFO for DeNovo Investments and CMRB Holdings, George manages Toma's finances and legal needs. As a member of the Toma board, he is also responsible for providing guidance to decision makers.

Cornel Toma, Contractor Specialist

Having founded, managed, and sold a contracting company, Cornel has decades of experience in the construction and remodeling industry. Cornel is more than capable of handling all clean up (trash outs), repairs, and renovations. By maintaining a General Contractor's license, Cornel allows Toma Partners to offer significantly discounted rates and provide services to our clients that competitors simply cannot match.

Angela Monty, Realtor

Angela Monty has a significant amount of experience in local real estate. With nearly a decade of experience as an appraiser she brings unique insight to each transaction. She believes in always being available for her clients and makes it her personal mission to provide exemplary service. Angela has quickly earned respect among the Toma team and is one of the best agents in the valley. There are few agents that work as hard for each client as Angela does.

Marie-Elena Ramey, Realtor

Marie-elena understands the life expectations and stresses on people transitioning from location to location. Prior to her hospitality experience, Dina managed multiple professional offices making her the perfect candidate to manage the Toma Partners office. Her personal touch and artistic flare is evident in every area of her work.

Having been recognized for her outstanding work by her peers, Ana is a two-time ADDY® award winner and highly-respected designer in Phoenix. For Toma Partners, she uses her keen design skills and talent to not only create standout marketing materials, but also to decorate luxury properties. Ana received her degree from the Art Institute of Phoenix where she graduated at the top of her class.

Mika Lapustoe, Search Engine Optimization Consultant

Mika is responsible for making sure that every listing receives as much Internet promotion as possible.
